For mobile (travel) notarial or loan signing services, additional charges apply for travel time and transportation costs, document retrieval, printing, copying, and return service. Most non-notarial services are based on time (including traveling) and material basis at the rate of $ 50.00 per hour, with certain surcharges for assignments that are either distant, difficult to travel to (such as an airport), outside normal business hours or at the last minute.

We accept all major credit cards (except for notarial services), PayPal, money orders, checks, and of course, cash. The information provided on and its agents is not intended to be legal advice, but merely conveys general information related to notarial services. We do not offer a “Certified Copy” service as California law does not authorize a Notary Public to make a certified copy of a document. However, we do offer a “Copy Certification by Document Custodian” service, which in some government bodies is an acceptable alternative, and can be legalized by having the signature of the Notary Public “authenticated” in any of the counties our Notary is either established or qualified.

As we are not licensed to practice law, we cannot perform legal services or offer legal advice of any kind. We are not an adoption agency or law firm. Please note that the powers and duties of a Notary in California in the United States in general and California specifically maybe different than those of notaries elsewhere around the world. In many South American and European Counties, Notaries have powers and authority similarly to that of Attorneys, Lawyers, Barristers, and Solicitors. In some countries, such as China, Notaries are responsible for verifying the accuracies and truthfulness of statements in documents. Generally speaking, the powers of the American Notary are far more limited. The Spanish phrase “Notaría Pública," while similar to the English phrase “Notary Public," are not interchangeable terms, as South American Notaría Pública have more powers and duties than their American counterparts.

What Is A Roaming Notary (mobile notary or traveling notary)? A roaming Notary is a Notary Public, commissioned by their state, who will travel (for a fee) to your home, office, hospital room, or other location, to notarize your documents ranging from wills and affidavits, to mortgage documents. Most mobile Notaries make a living traveling to a Lender/Title Company's client's location, to present and notarize mortgage loan documents. Notaries usually base their fee on the distance they must travel to meet with the client, and the laws specific to their state. Notary Signing Agent?

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a commissioned Notary Public who specializes in the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures of each of the parties involved in real estate loan mortgage documents, for the purpose of closing a real estate loan transaction. Many Lenders who offer loans across the country, rely on competent Notary Signing Agents to complete the signing and notarizing portion of their real estate loan transaction in a professional, reliable and accurate manner. The tasks of a Notary Signing Agent are vital to the successful closing and funding of each and every transaction they handle. A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a Notary Public who has been specifically trained, with the knowledge in presenting documents used in real estate purchase and refinance loan transactions. Notary Signing Agents (NSA) may take an examination to test and show their knowledge of the correct loan document signing procedures and the Notary Public laws of their state.
